Major update to GLPI 0.83.7 in EPEL-5/7

GLPI, and its plugins, have been updated to major version 0.83 in both
EPEL-5 and EPEL-6.

Versions available in EPEL-5 (0.78) and in EPEL-6 (0.80) are not
maintained and have important security issues (backport seems a too huge
job).

Packages will be in testing for a few weeks:
	glpi-0.83.7-1
	glpi-data-injection-2.2.4-1
	glpi-mass-ocs-import-1.6.1-3
	glpi-pdf-0.83.3-3

Database schema and configuration update is managed from the application
interface by an integrated and robust process, heavily tested.
