python-virtinst is in RHEL, so cannot be updated in EPEL.
But I'm not sure what exactly is the issue you're hitting: you cannot
install RHEL 6.2 VM _on_ RHEL 6.2 Host or someting else?
Could you send the whole log including command lines where it fails?
