Major update to python-requests on the way

The following update is in currently in epel-test:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2013-0496/python-requests-1.1.0-3.el6
It is a major version number bump from the release of python-requests
currently in epel and will likely cause compatibility issues for users.
If you have time, testing of the update would be much appreciated.
