Functionalities of some functions

Hi all,
Could anybody tell me what are the functionalities of following functions in ext3 code?The functions are defined in fs/ext3/inode.c

ext3_get_blocks_handle()
ext3_get_block()
ext3_getblk()
ext3_bread()
walk_page_buffers()
