Is it "fedora-updates-announce-list" or just "fedora-updates-announce"?

"fedora-announce-updates" has a room to grow if we ever decided to add
"-extras",  "-legacy", "-news" or something in the the future.

It this is too long, I will simply go with "fedora-updates-list" which
is  a lot easy to remember and refer to general users.
