The accounting subsystem has the means to do that kind of thing, but I
don't think it's necessary or even if it would be desired to go to the
trouble to extract that level of information.  After all, "installed
!= used" applies even to the OS installation.  Every attempt to gather
statistics will overcount some things and undercount others.
