It doesn't matter. Those are their rules to use their trademark. You
don't have to like them, but you don't have to use their trademark to
use/modify/redistribute their software. The act of bundling isn't
prohibited by the copyright license here, you just lose the right to use
their trademarks without getting their permission first.
