All these individual lists are really detracting from the unification of 
the group and creating a gigantic bureaucracy with a new pigeon hole 
popping up every time there is an idea. 

This then segregates the idea away from the main group where it can not 
be freely shared and modified for the good of the organization. 

One thing I would love to see is everyone getting  into the habit of 
changing the email subjects when the topic wanders.  It could keep the 
relevant information in everyones hands while allowing people to skim 
past the OT banter.
