We can create a council with a few members who will be in charge of
the elections.
(I would be happy nominate myself as part of the council)

The council may not consist of any FAMSCo candidate.

The council tasks will be:
- writing the election policy
- declares when the polls start and end
- counting
- and related public announcements.
- etc....
