[Ambassadors] new FAMSCO chair

It is with great pleasure that I would like to congratulate Thomas Chung 
on his appointment as the chair of FAMSCO.

Thomas:

- runs fedoranews.org
- runs the Fedora FreeMedia program
- has been the FAMSCO vice-chair
- is active in Fedora marketing
- is incredibly active on the Fedora wiki
- is one of the guys I ask favors of when there is something that needs to 
be done quickly, and correctly, the first time.

Thomas, thank you for everything that you do for the Fedora Project.
