[Ambassadors] New FAmSCo Election Rules

We are pleasant to announce that, after a long discussion, FAmSCo has
changed the mandate term of its members from a year to two (2) major
releases of Fedora. This decision came from the consideration that it's
necessary to have a continuity in the guidance of Ambassadors and in
FAmSCo work.

The actual FAmSCo will stay in charge since Fedora 8 will be release,
after this the Chair will call for new election and the new FAmSCo
members will stay in charge for two (2) major releases.
