[Ambassadors] belux ambassadors meeting log 15th April 2009

I don't think fedora-fr can be used for things that happen in Belux. 
I noticed there is a strong community in France, but in Belgium no one
has an idea about this.
That's one reason for a belux website

Languages should be NL, FR, D. But this has to be decided.
