a few comments on that

(08:26:04 PM) inode0: FADs should be motivated by work needing to be done
(08:26:09 PM) inode0: Have the work in mind first
(08:26:24 PM) sseiersen: Ambassador kits need to be put together

by the people shipping them

make them in advance
