Using the xml editor from Inkscape, it turned out some of shape were
hidden which explains some issues displayed by Martin Sourada[1]. For
example, preference-desktop-accessibility.svg contains junk from Adobe
Illustrator. After cleaning unnecessary <svg: path> inside <svg:g> and
removing non svg tag (except the one named sodipodi or inkscape) using
XML editor, the duplicated polygon went away. I included the original
icon with the cleaned version (end with R). The trick is from Inkscape
