librsvg bugs

I have investigated the rendering issues on Echo-icons by searching
librsvg bugs reported by Matthias Clasen. The librsvg issues affect many
distributions as reported:
-  http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=421025
-  http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428178

I made modifications on affected icons:
- audio-volume variants
- application-internet (although there is a small issue but does not
detract the display)


I consider making a modifications on application-other by removing the
gears.
