There are several pojects to produce dynamically generated web forms
such as Brian Long's Kickstart tools (http://kickstart-tools.sf.net/ )
and NC State's web-kickstart
(http://linux.ncsu.edu/projects/web-kickstart/) to name just two. And I
remember a PHP form put out some time ago. However, rolling your own
ks web form effectively creates your own personal fork of
..config-kickstart that must then be maintained and so loses the
leverage of the mainstream RH/Fedora tool.
If nothing's planned now, any recomendation as to how best to
technically proceed?
This would require some pretty heavy reworking of the s-c-kickstart
code, but it is possible. I'm interested to know what benefits you feel
the web interface would provide that isn't provided by the existing
interface.
