Nothing happen with openwebmail-tool

I have installed all the rpm packages for fc3, according to the
"readme" files in the "official site". But nothing happened when I
executed the openwebmail-tool --init command. No error appear, neither
a message. Obviously, the command doesn't extract any file, and,  of
course, I still say the message "Please execute
'/var/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail-tool.pl --init' on server
first!". I don't know what to do.
