.. there is a bittorrent rpm in the fedora.us repository already. Your
rpm is of a newer version though. I'd work with the maintainer of that
package.
There's also this which I'd consult ...
Red Hat/Fedora authoritative packager list:

I'm not quite sure how those repositories relate to the
fedora.us(extras)/core ones though?
Things seem to be going in the right direction though. Modularity and
consistency among the repositories is good :-)
