I don't think this is the right list for your question -- this isn't about
how to configure fedora, but about how the fedora configuration tools should
be developed. The list *is* a bit confusingly named.
That said, I don't think the system-config-network tool *can* do that.
Editing the network-script files is probably your best bet.
