FC4 Blowfish crypt support in shadow file

Does anyone know how to enable and configure FC4 for blowfish passwd crypt 
in the /etc/shadow file? It looks like the necessary patch might already be 
included!

# strings /usr/bin/passwd | grep blow
Password set, blowfish crypt.
