Gconf-editor Option For Click to Raise?

Hello.  Is there an option hidden somewhere in gconf that tweaks the 
"click to raise" option for windows?  I can configure the focus to 
follow the mouse, but need to click on the title bar in order to raise 
the window.

I would prefer if the window raised itself when I click *any* part of 
the window.  Is this possible with Fedora?
