You should feel free to kill off stuff in -desktop-minimal; the intent
is it just launches TWM. Are you going to have a chance to do any work
on the KDE livecd soon?
Ideally this work would all go in the livecd repo, I'd just feel
uncomfortable committing such a big patch without review from Jeremy.
