How many users do you think exist on a desktop installed from a livecd I would say no more than four ( parents + 2 children ) more realistic sample only 2 persons or single account ( an couple/individual ) So why not get rid of "other" and show always all created user account..Maybe not "always", but when the created accounts are less than 4, it make sense to get rid of "other", which is confusing in those cases.
