Fedora Community v0.3.5

I just pushed v0.3.5 of the Fedora Community portal into production.

Changes in this release include:

    - Fedora Community is now EPEL aware! (#257)

    - Improvements & fixes to the updates app
        - Enhanced multi-build update grid view (#177)
        - Added the pending request status to the update details
        - Improvements to the update action buttons
