That's not just "handy", that's an absolute need for most users, as long
as computers come with Windows pre-loaded. Very few people will remove
Windows without even testing Linux once on their computer. Ideally, if
you install Fedora on a hard-drive containing only a NTFS partition, the
default action should be to resize it and install linux in dual boot
next to it.

That said, if it's really a legal problem (again), there is nothing
Fedora can do, I guess...
