Irrelevant question.

You have circa 700 MB of software that is _not_ needed for anything at
all, only increases risk of exploiting and maintenance as updates come
up.

The relevant questions are:
  Is so much software needed in a Minimal Installation? No
  Can Fedora Core do better? Certainly so.
  Should it? I think so.
