I'm not claiming it's ready for inclusion (I don't think it is, except in
Extras perhaps), but it implements RFC 3195 (secure TCP delivery --
syslog-ng does kinda the same thing but AFAIK it's an ad-hoc
implementation), is high-performance, etc.
