Split redhat-artwork

Hi.

Would it be possible to split the redhat-artwork package into a KDE/QT part 
and an everything-else part? It would be great for things like the kde-redhat 
project (kde-redhat.sf.net), being able to rebuild affected parts for newer 
KDE/QT releases without having to touch the gtk stuff.

Besides, is it legal, trademark-wise, for them to distribute the 
redhat-artwork package?
