Not just yet.

The final solution will probably be:

package: fedora-release
provides: redhat-release

Has a /etc/fedora-release and an /etc/redhat-release symlink.

The second test release will just have a redhat-release package
that has "Fedora Core" in the name. Didn't want to break things
just yet. :)
