red hat's name is on the line if they fail to interact with people in
the community in positive ways.

And which one do you think is more detrimental headline?
  1. open software vendor includes bugs in free software product
     or
  2. open source software vendor fails to communicate or interact
favorably with open source developers outside of own company.
