RpmBuild : BuildRequires ?

Hi !

While reading the Fedora Developer's Guide, I realized that it misses
the BuildRequires tag into the template spec file :

Is it desired ? Is it a mistake ? Do we have to use BuildPrereq in the
place of BuildRequires ?
