rpm persistent WARNING: Multiple same specifications for /var/lib/dhcp(3)?.

It doesn't seem to hurt anything, but somebody should squash this.

Example:

[root mark]/part/storage/fedora/devel# rpm -Uvh rpms/initscripts-7.46-1.i386.rpm
WARNING: Multiple same specifications for /var/lib/dhcp(3)?.
warning: rpms/initscripts-7.46-1.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 30c9ecf8
Preparing...                ########################################### [100%]
   1:initscripts            ########################################### [100%]

I've seen it on every rpm install or upgrade for the last two weeks or os.
