Notifications for package submissions

Hi all.

Is there (or could there be) a list for announcements of package 
submissions to fedora.us, similar to the one for package releases?

If I could get an emailed announcement when a package was submitted, I'd 
be encouraged to download the ones that interest me and try them out. 
Maybe this would get more people testing packages?
