up2date via local dir

Is anyone else having any problems running up2date via GUI against a
local directory?

The problem seems to be once up2date pulls in the packages to choose
what you want to upgrade, it freezes before listing the packages.

I also have a server that runs auto up2date and it fails via command
line as well.

Theses are the last couple of versions that have hit rawhide that are
causing the problems.

up2date-4.3.7-1
up2date-gnome-4.3.7-1
rhn-applet-2.1.5-1
