db4 Disable posix-mutex/NPTL support

Would it be possible to address this before the January 23rd freeze 
deadline of FC2 test1?  It is a potentially serious problem that db4 is 
unusable on i586 and lower archs, and for those who have on choice but 
run 2.4 vanilla kernel.
