Disregard, as for some odd reason I some how had resorted back to 1.5.2,
via Dag's repository.  I think his packages think they are greater than
1.6, as a rpm -Fvh wouldn't upgrade.

Anyway, all fixed and thanks for reemphasizing for me to recheck my
packages.
