RHEL has ppc64 support, and since YDL is closely based on Red
Hat/Fedora, having ppc in Fedora is quite reasonable too. AFAIK
Fedora/ppc is not currently installable though - you need to start from
a minimal YDL install.

SPARC (and ppc) has been available in Rawhide for quite a while, AFAIR.
