Dependency loop in Development Tree

Evolution-1.4.5-8 has some dependency problems if you try and update to
all the Development packages.

It requires libraries from gtkhtml3-3.0.9-5 and the Development tree
contains gtkhtml3-3.1.6-1
requires libraries from libgal2-1.99.10-2 and the Development contains
libgal2-2.1.3-1
requires libraries from libsoup-1.99.26-2 and Development tree contains
libsoup-2.1.4-1

I attempted to rebuild evolution-1.4.5-8 package but the build failed
saying it needed libgtkhtml-3.0.so.2 or something like that. So I fixed
this by installing both the new and old packages. I don't know if
linking the newer libs to the old lib name works. I know that one of the
libs required wasn't installed by the newer gtkhtml package
(libgtkhtml-a11y-3.0.so).
