where to send patches?

Hello,

I've made somes change in switchdesk-gnome and switchdesk-kde for them 
to work with fluxbox. (also made a fluxbox rpm for fc1 including the 
artwiz fonts)

I've got a patch and some other files to be added.

So, my question is: Where to send the patch and all? directly to the 
Authors? (in the the AUTHOR file: Preston Brown <pbrown redhat com> 
Bernhard Rosenkraenzer <bero redhat com>, but i know Bero doesn't work 
for RH anymore).

Should i provide my own rpm to fedora.us (hoping it would get added to 
FC2 sometimes) or what?
