Uhh.. I'd think so as the tree is frozen. Additionally you'd need to
rebuild mod_perl, perl-DBD, pySQL, and probably a few other nifty toys.
IMHO, that's a lot of change so late in the game.
Plus there's the issue that MySQL and NPTL don't get along too well
performance wise.
