webalizer vs awstats in fc3

I wouldn't know as I've never taken a look at awstats, but I am quite
pleased with webalizer. Not sure if awstats should be moved into core,
but I wouldn't be too happy if webalizer were moved out. It's not that
it's size is prohibitive either.
