webalizer vs awstats in fc3

Having had an initial look at awstats I'm sort of impressed (ok the fact
that clicking on the demo got me most stats in Welsh might be bias 8))
Featurewise it looks a lot better than webalizer, its analysis and exports
seem to work far better although its a fair whack slower on a small box.

The big downer is that is in perl, so needs a perl fan inside of Red Hat
willing to own it and also to audit the code since its indirectly 
exposed to the outside world.
