The commas are back at it again? Didn't prior discussions end with
agreements about using the least possible exotic stuff in release tags?
Also, since when does the release version (FC3/fc3, no consistency in caps
there either, same goes for Fedora Core 1 & 2 updates btw) get included for
the current development release?

Even if nothing precise is decided upon, some basic rules may be in order
here, no? Simple and plain integers are so much better...
