Seems the magic (for me at least, as I make x86-64 kernels for the
eMachines m680x) is:

# cd /usr/src/redhat/SPECS
# rpmbuild -ba --target=x86-64,noarch kernel-2.6.spec

Which reminds me to announce that I'm uploading
kernel-2.6.6-1.406.0.m680x to my website now for the eMachine m680x
crowd now. It's accidentally transferring the kernel-debuginfo that was
made as well (huge!), so it could take a while (I'm no longer at my
hotel to stop it).
