As much as I like his way of setting up a non-root rpm build I have been
unable to get it to do things like rpmbuild --rebuild somerpm.src.rpm. It
does not expand some of the variables. If you find a way to keep his directory
structure and get the above working please let me know how you did it. It is a
pita to have to install a src.rpm just to rebuild it. Other than that it works
great for me.
