Hmmm...I see Fedora BZ #826 for R-1.8.1 and FC1.  I've just sent an
email to Martyn Plummer, who's email is on the R-1.9.1 Fedora packages
asking what needs to be done for R-1.9.1 re: FC2.  If there's a BZ for
R-1.9.1 on FC2, I didn't see it (couldn't find it).
