"headers" directory is missing from Raw Hide?

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386 is suddenly missing its "headers" directory (but does include directories rpmdbbuild.6390 and compsbuild.6390 that, I am guessing, should not be there). What's going on?
