I know I answered this yesterday...
Gnome Fedora/Preferences/CD and DVD
Uncheck "Mount CD when inserted", "Run command when CD is inserted", and
"Run command when blank CD is inserted". This is the wording used in
RHEL3 (I'm at work) so the wording may differ slightly on Fedora.
