rawhide packages behide updates/testing??

There are several packages in rawhide that are behide the packages in
updates/testing.

 updates                   rawhide

kudzu-1.1.68-1          kudzu-1.1.67-1
subversion-1.0.4-1      subversion-1.0.3-1

I'm confussed.  Should I, once I go down the rawhide path, ignore updates?
 Shouldn't rawhide be the "bleeding-edge"?
