RedHat forks OpenSSH?

The portable OpenSSH distribution has included a RPM spec file since
1999, and I have built binary packages for the current Fedora (nee
Redhat) version for most OpenSSH releases over the last five years.

OTOH that spec file doesn't contain any vendor patches.
